8 week corporate meditation course

Two months of weekly mindfulness habits, techniques with a generous side of meditation for busy corporate warriors. Embark on a journey of self discovery and mental well being as you learn habits to assist with strengthening your mind. Each week you’ll learn approachable techniques and strategies for cultivating mindfulness in your daily life. The flow on effect includes managing stress better, improving your communication skills and increasing your resilience. All that is required for each session is your presence and an open mind.
