Hi, my name is Mikala.

I am an accredited meditation and mindfulness coach and certified DiSC and Mental Health First Aid trainer. I am passionate about finding solutions for disengagement, including brain fog, enabling you and your staff to find mindful presence and centred confidence. I believe in open dialogue about mental health and effective training to be able to facilitate such conversations.

Burn out and brain fog are terms that have become a part of our vernacular. Have you noticed your staff are disengaged, tired, procrastinating or struggling with personal accountability? I personally experienced all of these states before I discovered mindfulness. After twenty years working in corporate environments, I created Mikala Performance. I now take my personal learnings, professional experience and training to assist others with finding their own power and strength.
